- This summer, JSL proudly introduces a brand-new Global Scholars Summer Academy—distinctly different from a traditional summer camp. This comprehensive summer growth program integrates academic enrichment, future-ready AI skills, public speaking and expression, multilingual learning, creative arts, and the cultivation of confidence and leadership. Students will not only enhance their academic proficiency but also cultivate the qualities truly essential for the future: communication skills, expressive ability, creativity, and a global perspective.
- JSL students participated in the "INTERNATIONAL SCRATCH CREATIVE PROGRAMMING OLYMPIAD 2025" Kevin took 2nd place in the "Know-All" category, while Gavin and Erdan respectively placed 19th and 20th in the "My World" category. This international competition featured participants from 65 countries, totaling approximately 20,000 . Participants.
- A new course "3D Design (TinkerCAD)" is newly added. It uses the most user-friendly 3D modeling software (TinkerCAD, browser-based) to introduce all the basic concepts of three-dimensional space through a colorful and intuitive interface. Children can move, rotate, and scale simple three-dimensional shapes such as cubes, cylinders, and spheres, and then create three-dimensional art CAD models of their own imagination and design. And print them out with a 3D printer
- JSL has opened several computer programming courses (C#, JavaScript, Scratch, TinkerCAD, Bone-based Animation) for children's hobbies.
In class, children will gradually master the basic knowledge, design, and hands-on skills of programming, and give full play
to their logical thinking and independent creative imagination.
- In 2023, to better adapt to the start of the new semester for students, we have updated and adjusted the course projects:
- After-School (after-school tutoring), added GATE test training; Chinese courses (including pinyin) and Mathematical Exploration: Mysteries in the world, Logical Thinking. Make children's learning richer and more interesting.
- Specially for the needs of high school students, a new "Subject One-On-One" course has been added to more effectively improve their junior college scores and lay a solid foundation for entering the ideal university. - In August, 2023, JSL grandly launched the learning plan and new STEM courses: " Scratch for Children", "Robotics Programming" and "Passion Project".
